Service Description
Get your Saturday morning fitness fix at Barkham Village Hall. Interval training is a workout method that alternates between periods of high-intensity exercise and low-intensity recovery. It's a way to build strength, speed, and endurance, and can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and goals. 45 minutes of exercise designed to a banging playlist. All you need to bring with you is a mat (for the optional floorwork), a bottle of water, and a willingness to push yourself when the going gets tough! Held monthly on the last three weeks of each month.
