Service Description

A 45 minute class designed for older adults to improve strength, fitness, balance and stamina. Uses chairs and (optional) light weights, and all taught using the Pilates Method by Level 3 trained instructors who specialise in teaching Older Adults. Also suitable for adults returning to exercise from injury or illness, or who have not been active for an extended period of time. Delivered in 6, 7, or 8 week blocks, with each week designed to progress and challenge. Block bookings only.
