Join us on Wednesday 7th October for another easy to follow DanceFIT Masterclass all in aid of charity!
Don your most colourful workout outfit and join us on the dance floor as we dance to Whitney Houston, Lionel Ritchie, The Proclaimers, The Jacksons, ABBA, and Dolly Parton - to name but a few. Strut your stuff in a darkened room with amazing Disco lights.
Your night starts from 7:45pm - come on in for a welcome drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available), a chat with your friends, and get your Glow Bracelets on. Dancing starts at 8:15pm and will last for an hour.
No experience necessary, all we need is your energy and enthusiasm (and maybe a penchant for singing at the top of your lungs!).
Fancy dress (80's workout gear) encouraged, but not necessary. Got any UV clothing? Get it on!
