SimplyFit Charity Event: Aerobathon

Join us at the FBC Centre for an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising!  This 2.5 hour session will be split into a number of different style 20 minute manageable workouts with rests built in for hydration and perhaps an all important visit to the bathroom!  It really will be very do-able and an enormous amount of fun!

Please arrive by 12.15pm wearing clothes suitable for exercise (loose layers work well) and bring with you an exercise mat, plenty of water, snacks, and a small towel to wipe the sweat off your face!  There is a cafe at the Centre in case you would like any hot drinks. We will have plenty of breaks so please don't be thinking you won't be able to keep up as we will all be in the same boat trying to work off any festive excesses. It will be a fabulous way to start a fit and healthy New Year with a variety of 15 to 20 minute routines to get you moving finished with a relaxing stretch to ease any aching muscles.

Minimum ages 10 years.
