SimplyFit Charity Event: Aerobathon for Berkshire MS Therapy Centre

Join us at the FBC Centre for an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising!  This two-hour session will be split into a number of different style 20 minute manageable workouts with rests built in for hydration and perhaps an all important visit to the bathroom!  It really will be very do-able and an enormous amount of fun!

This year we are helping to raise vital funds for Berkshire MS Therapy Centre who support local people living with Multiple Sclerosis, offering a range of treatments to support health and wellbeing. Find out more here: https://bmstc.org/

Please arrive by 12.45pm wearing clothes suitable for exercise (loose layers work well) and bring with you plenty of water, snacks, and a small towel to wipe the sweat off your face!  There is a cafe at the Centre in case you would like any hot drinks.  We will have plenty of breaks so please don't…
