SimplyFit Charity Event: Aerobathon for MND Association

Join us at the FBC Centre for an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising!  This 2 hour session will be split into a number of different style 20 minute manageable workouts with rests built in for hydration and perhaps an all important visit to the bathroom!  It really will be very do-able and an enormous amount of fun!

This year we are helping to raise vital funds for the MND Association who help everyone living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease access the help and support they need.  Find out more at www.mndassociation.org.

Please arrive by 12.45pm wearing clothes suitable for exercise (loose layers work well) and bring with you plenty of water, snacks, and a small towel to wipe the sweat off your face!  There is a cafe at the Centre in case you would like any hot drinks.  We will have plenty of breaks so please don't…
