SimplyFit Charity Event: Aerobathon for Understanding Dementia

Join us at the FBC Centre for an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising!  This 2 hour session will be split into a number of different style 20 minute manageable workouts with rests built in for hydration and perhaps an all important visit to the bathroom!  It really will be very do-able and an enormous amount of fun!

This year we are helping to raise vital funds for Understanding Dementia, a local charity who provide free training (online and in person), support, and advice to family carers to bridge the gap between awareness of dementia and a real understanding of the condition, and how we can lessen its impact.  Find out more at www.understandingdementia.co.uk
